The belts — woven constructions
601 (2/1 twill, 433 CFM), 608 (3/2 satin, 510 CFM), 613 (2/2 twill, 633 CFM), 626 for fine-particle duties, 656 PA nylon for pulp dewatering (outlasts competing nylon cloths by 2x), and the SP-P spiral family with filler yarns — also in PTFE-added non-stick, high-temperature PPS and hydrolysis-resistant grades.
Joints — reinforced for the press
Clipper splice for fast on-site fitting, double self-loop interlocked seams, or truly endless weaving — matched to the machine.

What is a dewatering belt?
A dewatering belt is the press filter belt that runs on a belt press filter: it drains water through its openings while withstanding high squeeze pressure between the press rollers.
Which belt permeability do I need?
Coarser, more permeable belts suit the gravity drainage zone; tighter weaves suit the high-pressure pressing zone. We select permeability per press zone and material.
Are reinforced seams available?
Yes — reinforced seams extend belt life under high squeeze pressure; stainless steel clipper seams are available on request.
Spiral or woven belt — which one?
